peach, mango & melon smoothie!

Well, I had to put the new smoothie maker to good use, didn't I? I've been craving loads of fresh fruit recently... maybe I'm already feeling the food guilt for when I return to uni and my diet inevitably takes a turn for the worse!

Anyway, this is a really simple (and tasty!) recipe. You might want to edit the amounts of the ingredients depending on how big your smoothie maker is/how much smoothie you want to make. This recipe makes roughly 2 servings.

Ingredients:
150ml pineapple juice
85g ripe mango, cut into small chunks
65g chopped cantaloupe melon
2 small peaches
1 scoop of ice cream (optional - you could use frozen yoghurt of crushed ice instead)



There's not much to say about the method, you know the score - add all of the ingredients to the smoothie maker and mix until smooth. Then enjoy!
